Triomaxx

Triomaxx is a neurotropic fixed-dose combination therapy containing high doses of vitamins B1 (thiamine), B6 (pyridoxine), and B12 (cyanocobalamin), typically formulated with lidocaine hydrochloride to facilitate painless intramuscular administration. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the nerves and locomotor system, including various forms of neuralgia, neuritis, and polyneuropathy (such as diabetic and alcoholic types). Thiamine acts as a cofactor in carbohydrate metabolism and energy supply to nerve cells; pyridoxine is essential for the synthesis of neurotransmitters like GABA, dopamine, and serotonin; and cyanocobalamin is critical for myelin sheath formation and DNA synthesis. The combination is designed to support nerve regeneration, improve metabolic function in nervous tissue, and provide analgesic effects.
