"Triple attack therapy" is a combination pharmaceutical regimen primarily used for the eradication of *Helicobacter pylori* infection, a common cause of peptic ulcers. This therapy typically consists of a proton pump inhibitor (such as omeprazole) to reduce gastric acid production, and two antibiotics, clarithromycin and metronidazole, to target and eliminate the *H. pylori* bacteria. The regimen is usually administered orally for a duration of 14 days.
