**TrisanAF** is a Vpharma alcohol-free topical hand-sanitiser gel containing the antiseptic agents chlorhexidine digluconate and cetrimide in a moisturising aqueous base with aloe vera. The formulation is intended for hand hygiene and reduction of microbial transmission when soap and water are unavailable. Its cationic antiseptic ingredients act broadly against microorganisms through disruption of microbial cell membranes; Vpharma states that the product conforms with BS EN 1276 and BS EN 1500 standards and is active against common organisms including MRSA, *Clostridioides difficile*, and *Escherichia coli*.
