TriSTAR0705 is a trispecific antibody being developed by Marengo Therapeutics as part of its proprietary TriSTAR (Trispecific Precision T Cell Engager) platform for the treatment of various oncology indications. The TriSTAR platform is engineered to selectively activate and expand a specific pool of highly potent memory Vβ T cells and redirect them to the tumor microenvironment.
