Overview

Tritanrix-HepB is a combination vaccine developed by GSK Biologicals. It is a DTPw-HBV vaccine, meaning it provides protection against Diphtheria, Tetanus, whole-cell Pertussis, and Hepatitis B. The vaccine is administered as a primary vaccination course to healthy infants. A version with low thiomersal content, referred to as Tritanrix™-HepB low thio, has also been developed.
