Overview

TRIV-02 is a preclinical-stage small molecule combination therapy being developed by Genovyn (also referred to as Genvoyn) for the treatment of Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC). As part of Genovyn's Tripsovyn program, TRIV-02 is designed as a multi-target combination therapy that operates independently of traditional hormone (estrogen and progesterone) and HER2 receptor pathways. The program has completed target and lead identification and is currently undergoing in vitro, in vivo, and safety toxicology studies to support future IND enablement.
