The trivalent DNA influenza vaccine is a biological intervention designed to prevent influenza. It is administered via Particle Mediated Epidermal Delivery (PMED) and aims to induce an antibody response in the body. The vaccine targets specific influenza strains: A/New Caledonia/20/99, A/Panama/2007/99, and B/Jiangsu/10/20. Its purpose is to evaluate its effectiveness in preventing flu symptoms after direct exposure to the influenza virus, as well as its tolerability and ability to produce antibody responses.
