Overview

Trivax is an anti-tumor immune therapy developed by Activartis Biotech. It is based on tumor-lysate charged dendritic cells, designed to stimulate the patient's immune system to recognize and attack cancer cells. It is currently being investigated as an add-on treatment for Glioblastoma Multiforme, in combination with standard therapy including Temozolomide and radiotherapy.
