TROCEPT-02

TROCEPT-02 is an investigational cancer therapy developed by Accession Therapeutics. It utilizes a unique viral technology platform (TROCEPT) to deliver a universal bispecific antibody payload that targets both tumor and stromal cells. The therapy is designed so that, once the virus infects cancer cells, it induces production and secretion of the bispecific antibody directly within the tumor microenvironment, potentially enhancing anti-tumor efficacy while limiting systemic exposure. TROCEPT-02 is expected to enter clinical trials in 2026[1][2]. The approach aims to transform outcomes for cancer patients by enabling localized production of potent biologic drugs inside tumors.
