Trofis is a non-hormonal vulvar moisturizing gel developed by Biolab Farmacêutica, specifically formulated to address vulvar dryness and enhance the female sexual response. The product's therapeutic efficacy is derived from a synergistic combination of plant-derived active ingredients, including visnadine, ethyl ximeninate, *Coleus barbatus* extract, and *Panicum miliaceum* extract. Visnadine acts as a potent local vasodilator, while forskolin (the active component of *Coleus barbatus*) stimulates adenylate cyclase to increase intracellular cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) levels, further promoting vasodilation and tissue health. Ethyl ximeninate enhances microvascular kinetics, and millet extract (*Panicum miliaceum*) provides essential vitamins and minerals to restore the vulvar lipid barrier and improve hydration.
