Overview

Trois is a patented, nanotechnology-based topical herbal pain reliever developed by the Venus Medicine Research Centre (VMRC), the research arm of Venus Remedies. Formulated as a nano-emulsion, gel, or spray, Trois is designed to provide rapid and long-lasting relief from pain and inflammation associated with rheumatic disorders, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, ankylosing spondylitis, sprains, and musculoskeletal injuries. The formulation contains active natural ingredients including *Gaultheria fragrantissima* (wintergreen) oil, *Eucalyptus globulus* oil, *Cinnamomum camphora* (camphor) oil, *Mentha piperita* (menthol), *Boswellia serrata* (shallaki) extract, *Vitex negundo* (nirgundi) extract, and *Apium graveolens* (celery seed) extract. Trois acts by selectively inhibiting cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), suppressing transient receptor potential (TRP) channel activation, and reducing central and peripheral nociceptor stimulation, thereby alleviating pain and preventing cartilage degradation and bone erosion.
