Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TROP2 TIE-ADC is a dual-targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) currently in development by Trio Biotech for the treatment of solid tumors, including triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The drug is built upon Trio Biotech's proprietary Tumor Immunity Enhancing (TIE) platform, which is designed to deliver a cytotoxic payload to TROP2-expressing tumor cells while simultaneously modulating the tumor microenvironment to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. This dual-mechanism approach aims to overcome the limitations of traditional ADCs by combining direct cell killing with immune system activation. The candidate is currently in the IND-enabling (Pre-IND) stage of development.
