Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TrophiPatch is an allogeneic biological dressing composed of adipose-derived stromal cells (ASCs) for the treatment of chronic leg ulcers, such as diabetic foot ulcers and venous leg ulcers. The product utilizes stromal cells purified from donor adipose tissue, which are processed into a patch format. These cells exert therapeutic effects through the secretion of growth factors and cytokines that promote angiogenesis, modulate inflammation, and accelerate tissue regeneration. It is currently being evaluated in clinical trials for its safety and preliminary efficacy in patients with non-healing vascular or diabetic wounds.
