**TRQ-1201**, also called **Deep IL-12 Primed T cells**, is an investigational adoptive T-cell therapy developed using Torque Therapeutics' Deep-Priming platform. The product consists of tumor-reactive T cells loaded ex vivo with Deep IL-12, a fusion protein comprising interleukin-12 and an anti-CD45 Fab fragment that tethers IL-12 to the T-cell surface before infusion. Surface localization is intended to concentrate IL-12 activity at tumor sites, promote local interferon-gamma production and cytotoxic T-cell function, and reduce the systemic cytokine exposure and toxicity associated with soluble IL-12. The program was investigated preclinically for solid tumors, including melanoma, and subsequently became part of Repertoire Immune Medicines following the merger of Torque Therapeutics and Cogen Immune Medicines.
