Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**TRQ15-01** is an investigational autologous T-cell therapy developed using Torque's Deep-Priming platform, involving multi-antigen-directed T lymphocytes derived from monocyte-derived dendritic cells pulsed with peptides from multiple tumor-associated antigens to expand cytotoxic T cells, which are then surface-loaded with IL-15/IL-15 receptor alpha/Fc heterodimer particles without genetic engineering. Upon administration, these particles provide controlled autocrine IL-15 stimulation, promoting sustained T-cell expansion, survival, and enhanced anti-tumor activity specifically in the tumor microenvironment while minimizing systemic toxicity. It targets tumor cells expressing multiple tumor-associated antigens, inducing direct cytotoxicity and immune activation for potential use in advanced solid tumors and lymphomas.[1][2][3]
