Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TRS022 is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody targeting CD47, developed by Zhejiang Teruisi Pharmaceutical. CD47 is a cell surface protein that acts as a "don't eat me" signal by interacting with Signal Regulatory Protein Alpha (SIRPα) on macrophages, allowing cancer cells to evade immune destruction. TRS022 is designed to block this interaction, thereby enhancing macrophage-mediated phagocytosis and clearance of malignant cells. It is currently being investigated in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors.
