Overview

TRTP-101 is a tissue-regenerative cell therapy candidate developed by CellinCells for the treatment of atrophic scars. It consists of three-dimensional (3D) cell aggregates, or spheroids, of human dermal fibroblasts produced using the company's proprietary Tissue-Regenerative Therapeutic Platform (TRTP). This technology is designed to overcome the limitations of traditional single-cell suspension therapies by creating uniform, high-viability spheroids that enhance cell survival and therapeutic efficacy upon injection. TRTP-101 is intended to be administered directly into atrophic scars to promote collagen synthesis and extracellular matrix remodeling, thereby improving the appearance of depressed skin areas. The drug has been evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in adults with atrophic scars.
