Tryptomag

Tryptomag is an oral dietary supplement developed and manufactured by Laboratoires Teriak. It is formulated as a combination of magnesium bisglycinate, L-tryptophan, valerian root extract, and pyridoxal-5-phosphate (Vitamin B6). Tryptomag is indicated for adults and adolescents aged 12 and older to help manage chronic or temporary stress, anxiety, nervousness, irritability, and sleep disorders (such as difficulty falling asleep and night awakenings).
