Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TSA-CTL is a form of adoptive cell therapy that uses cytotoxic T lymphocytes engineered to target tumor-specific antigens. The therapy involves collecting a patient's T cells, engineering them to recognize tumor-specific antigens, and then reinfusing these cells back into the patient to target and kill cancer cells. It is being investigated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, particularly melanoma.
