TSA-T is an autologous, multi-tumor antigen-specific cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) therapy developed for the treatment of pediatric brain tumors. The therapy involves the generation of T cells directed against personalized tumor-specific antigens (TSAs) that are identified through proteogenomic analysis of a patient's own tumor tissue. By targeting multiple patient-specific neoantigens, TSA-T aims to provide a precise immune response against heterogeneous embryonal central nervous system (CNS) malignancies, including medulloblastoma and atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumors (ATRT). The cells are manufactured in a specialized GMP facility and administered directly into the cerebrospinal fluid via an intracerebroventricular (ICV) reservoir to bypass the blood-brain barrier and maximize local therapeutic effect.
