Overview

TSC-102 is a T-cell receptor (TCR) engineered T cell therapy developed by TScan Therapeutics. It is designed to treat hematologic malignancies such as Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS), and Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL). The therapy works by engineering T cells to target CD45, also known as leukocyte common antigen, when presented on specific HLA types (e.g., HLA-A*03:01). This approach aims to induce immunologic cytotoxicity to eliminate residual disease and prevent relapse following allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation. TScan Therapeutics utilizes its proprietary TargetScan and ReceptorScan platforms for the discovery and development of these tumor-reactive TCRs.
