Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TSC-102-A01 is an allogeneic, donor-derived T cell receptor (TCR)-engineered T cell (TCR-T) therapy candidate developed by TScan Therapeutics. It is designed to target CD45, a protein broadly expressed in hematopoietic cells but absent in non-hematopoietic tissues, specifically for patients with the HLA-A*01:01 allele. The therapy is intended to eliminate residual cancer and prevent relapse in patients with hematologic malignancies who are undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT). By targeting a lineage-specific antigen, TSC-102-A01 aims to provide a potent anti-leukemic effect while minimizing off-target toxicity to non-hematopoietic organs.
