Overview

TSC-102-A03 is an allogeneic, donor-derived T cell receptor (TCR)-engineered T cell (TCR-T) therapy developed by TScan Therapeutics. It is designed to target CD45, a protein broadly expressed in hematopoietic cells but absent in non-hematopoietic tissues, specifically in the context of the HLA-A*03:01 allele. The therapy is intended for patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (allo-HCT) for hematologic malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), to eliminate residual disease and prevent relapse. By utilizing a TCR specific to a CD45 peptide presented by HLA-A*03:01, the therapy selectively targets the recipient's hematopoietic system while sparing other tissues.
