Overview

TSC-200-A0201 + TSC-203-A0201 is a combination of two investigational autologous, engineered T cell receptor (TCR)-T cell therapies developed by TScan Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. Both products are designed to target specific tumor-associated antigens presented on HLA type A*02:01 molecules. TSC-200-A0201 targets human papillomavirus 16 (HPV16) E7 antigen, while TSC-203-A0201 targets PReferentially expressed Antigen in Melanoma (PRAME), which is highly expressed in melanomas and other solid tumors such as head & neck cancers and non-small cell lung cancers. The combination is being evaluated as part of a multiplexed approach ("T-Plex") to address tumor heterogeneity and antigen loss by simultaneously targeting multiple antigens within the same patient. The therapy involves leukapheresis to collect patient cells, ex vivo engineering with specific TCRs, lymphodepletion, and infusion back into the patient[3][4][7].
