TSC-201-B0702 is a T cell receptor engineered T cell (TCR-T) therapy targeting a novel HLA-B*07:02-restricted epitope of the MAGE-C2 (melanoma-associated antigen C2) protein. It consists of autologous T cells engineered to express a T-cell receptor that recognizes cancer-associated antigens presented on specific Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) molecules. The therapy is designed to target MAGE-C2, which is expressed in various solid tumors but not in normal tissues except testis. TSC-201-B0702 is being developed as part of TScan's T-Plex platform, which aims to deliver multiplexed, enhanced TCR-T cell therapy to effectively address both target heterogeneity and HLA loss in solid tumors.
