Overview

TSC-204-A0201 is an autologous, engineered T cell receptor (TCR)-T cell therapy developed for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapy involves collecting a patient's own T cells, engineering them to express a specific TCR that recognizes the melanoma-associated antigen 1 (MAGE-A1) presented on HLA-A*02:01 molecules, and then reinfusing these modified cells back into the patient. The goal is to direct the immune system to target and destroy cancer cells expressing MAGE-A1 in patients with compatible HLA types. This product is being evaluated as both monotherapy and in combination with other engineered TCR-Ts (as part of multiplexed "T-Plex" regimens) for various advanced solid tumors including head and neck cancer, melanoma, cervical cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, and pelvic cancers[2][4][5][7][8].
