TSC-204-C0702 is an autologous, customized T cell receptor-engineered T cell (TCR-T) therapy developed by TScan Therapeutics. It is designed to target the cancer-testis antigen MAGE-A1 presented on the HLA-C*07:02 allele. The therapy involves engineering a patient’s own (autologous) T cells to express a specific high-affinity TCR that recognizes MAGE-A1 peptides in the context of HLA-C*07:02, enabling targeted cytotoxicity against tumor cells expressing this antigen-HLA combination. This approach aims to address solid tumors with unmet medical needs and overcome resistance mechanisms such as tumor heterogeneity and HLA loss of heterozygosity. The product is being evaluated as monotherapy and in combination with other engineered TCR-Ts (as part of "T-Plex" regimens) for patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors who have failed standard therapies[4][5][6][7][8].
