Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TSC-204-C0702 + TSC-203-A0201 is a combination of two investigational, autologous, engineered T cell receptor (TCR)-T cell therapies developed by TScan Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. Each product is designed to target a specific tumor-associated antigen presented by defined HLA types: - **TSC-204-C0702** targets MAGE-A1 presented on HLA-C*07:02. - **TSC-203-A0201** targets PRAME (PReferentially expressed Antigen in Melanoma) presented on HLA-A*02:01. Both are part of the "T-Plex" multiplexed solid tumor program, which enables customized and combinatorial administration based on patient-specific tumor antigen and HLA expression profiles. The therapies are manufactured from patient-derived cells via leukapheresis, genetically modified to express the relevant tumor-specific TCRs, and administered following lymphodepletion. The primary mechanism involves recognition and killing of cancer cells expressing their respective antigens in an HLA-restricted manner. The combination is being evaluated in a Phase 1 clinical trial for patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors expressing these antigens[3][4][6].
