Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TSC-204-C0702 + TSC-204-A0101 is a combination of two autologous, engineered T cell receptor (TCR)-modified cell therapies developed by TScan Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. Both components are designed to target melanoma-associated antigen 1 (MAGE-A1) presented on different HLA types—TSC-204-C0702 targets MAGE-A1 on HLA-C*07:02, while TSC-204-A0101 targets MAGE-A1 on HLA-A*01:01. These therapies are part of the multiplex "T-Plex" platform intended to address tumor heterogeneity and overcome immune evasion due to HLA loss. The combination is being evaluated in a Phase 1 clinical trial for various solid tumors, including head and neck cancer, melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer, ovarian cancer, anal cancer, and cervical cancer[1][3][4][6].
