Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TSC-302-A02 is an in vivo-engineered T cell receptor-engineered T cell (TCR-T) therapy being developed by TScan Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. The candidate is designed to target Melanoma-associated antigen 4 (MAGE-A4), a cancer-testis antigen frequently overexpressed in various solid tumors. Unlike traditional ex vivo TCR-T therapies that require patient-specific cell manufacturing and lymphodepletion, TSC-302-A02 utilizes TScan's in vivo engineering platform to deliver the TCR gene directly to T cells within the patient's body. This approach is intended to simplify manufacturing, reduce treatment delays, and lower costs. TSC-302-A02 is currently in IND-enabling preclinical development.
