Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TSC-303-A24 is an in vivo-engineered T cell receptor-engineered T cell (TCR-T) therapy being developed by TScan Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapy is designed to target the cancer-specific antigen PRAME (preferentially expressed antigen in melanoma) presented on HLA-A*24. It utilizes TScan's proprietary in vivo engineering platform, which employs a targeted lentiviral vector to deliver the TCR gene directly to T cells inside the patient's body, bypassing the need for ex vivo manufacturing and lymphodepletion.
