Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**TSHR+CD19 CAR-T cells** is an investigational dual-target chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy for relapsed or refractory thyroid cancer. The treatment uses engineered T cells directed against thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor and B-lymphocyte antigen CD19, with intended CAR-mediated activation and cytotoxic elimination of target-antigen-expressing cells. A ChiCTR-registered study, ChiCTR1900022607, evaluated its safety and efficacy in relapsed or refractory thyroid cancer; a published case report described partial remission after treatment in a patient with refractory thyroid cancer. Innovative Cellular Therapeutics manufactured and supplied the reported product. ([chictr.org.cn](https://www.chictr.org.cn/showproj.html?proj=38183))
