Overview

TSL2109 is a novel **dual-target small molecule inhibitor** designed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. Jointly developed by Jiangsu Tasly Diyi Pharmaceutical Co. and China Pharmaceutical University, it is notable for its unique first-in-class structure as a dual-target inhibitor. TSL2109 acts by selectively inhibiting downstream signaling pathways of both targets, resulting in cell cycle arrest and induction of apoptosis. This mechanism produces a synergistic effect leading to enhanced tumor cell killing. As of October 2025, the drug has received clinical trial approval from China’s National Medical Products Administration (NMPA); no other dual-target drugs of this type have entered clinical trials outside of China[1][3][7].
