Overview

TSNA1789 is an immune-stimulating antibody-drug conjugate (IS-ADC) developed by Taili Biotechnology (Tyligand) using its proprietary DATIA™ platform. It is designed to treat advanced malignant tumors, particularly "cold tumors" characterized by low immune infiltration. The drug consists of a monoclonal antibody targeting tumor cell antigens conjugated to a TSN222 payload, which is a STING (Stimulator of Interferon Genes) pathway agonist. Upon delivery to the tumor microenvironment, the payload activates the STING pathway, promoting the recruitment and activation of immune cells to convert "cold" tumors into "hot" tumors. As of late 2024, TSNA1789 is in preclinical development, with an Investigational New Drug (IND) application planned for the second half of 2027.
