Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TSNA3339 is a preclinical-stage antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Taili Biotechnology (Tyligand). The molecule consists of a monoclonal antibody targeting the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) conjugated to a payload that acts as a KRAS G12D inhibitor. This therapeutic strategy aims to utilize EGFR as a cell-surface anchor to internalize the KRAS inhibitor, thereby overcoming the challenges of targeting intracellular KRAS G12D mutations. TSNA3339 is currently being investigated for the treatment of KRAS G12D-mutant solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, and colorectal cancer. The developer expects to submit an Investigational New Drug (IND) application in the first quarter of 2027.
