Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TSP4 monoclonal antibody refers to a class of monoclonal antibodies designed to target and inhibit thrombospondin-4 (TSP4), a calcium-binding extracellular matrix glycoprotein. TSP4 is implicated in tissue remodeling, cell adhesion, migration, and vascular inflammation, and is upregulated in various cancers (such as bladder cancer) and neuropathic pain conditions. By blocking TSP4, these antibodies can inhibit lymphatic endothelial cell recruitment, lymphangiogenesis, and tumor metastasis, as well as potentially alleviate neuropathic pain.
