Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TSRF 786C-ADC is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) currently in the discovery phase, developed by Tasrif Pharmaceutical for the treatment of cancer. It is designed to target the Poliovirus receptor (PVR), also known as CD155, a cell surface glycoprotein that is frequently overexpressed in various solid tumors and plays a significant role in tumor cell adhesion, migration, and immune evasion via its interaction with checkpoint receptors like TIGIT. The ADC consists of the TSRF 786C antibody conjugated to a cytotoxic payload. Upon binding to PVR on the surface of malignant cells, the conjugate is internalized, leading to the intracellular release of the payload and subsequent cell death. This targeted approach is intended to enhance therapeutic efficacy while reducing off-target systemic toxicity.
