Overview
TSRF-IO is a preclinical-stage, CD155-targeted T-cell engager under development by Tasrif Pharmaceutical for the treatment of blood and solid tumors. The therapeutic is designed to simultaneously bind to the poliovirus receptor (CD155/PVR) on tumor cells and CD3 on T cells, thereby recruiting and activating cytotoxic T lymphocytes to induce tumor cell lysis. TSRF-IO is currently in the discovery phase of development.
