TST008

TST008 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody (BsAb) developed by Suzhou Transcenta for the treatment of IgA nephropathy (IgAN). The molecule is designed to simultaneously target and neutralize two key cytokines in the TNF superfamily: B-cell activating factor (BAFF) and a proliferation-inducing ligand (APRIL). These cytokines play critical roles in B-cell maturation, survival, and the production of antibodies. By dual-targeting BAFF and APRIL, TST008 aims to suppress the production of pathogenic galactose-deficient IgA1 (Gd-IgA1), thereby reducing immune complex formation and subsequent glomerular inflammation and kidney damage associated with IgAN. The asset is currently in preclinical development and represents a targeted immunotherapy approach for chronic kidney disease.
