Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TST010 is a high-affinity humanized monoclonal antibody designed to target Gremlin-1 (GREM1), a secreted protein that acts as a potent antagonist of Bone Morphogenetic Protein (BMP) signaling. By binding to and neutralizing Gremlin-1, TST010 restores BMP activity, which is essential for osteoblast differentiation and bone mineralization, while simultaneously reducing bone resorption. Developed by Transcenta Holding Limited, the drug is primarily positioned for the treatment of osteoporosis and other bone loss disorders. Beyond its applications in bone health, TST010 is being investigated for its potential to modulate the tumor microenvironment, as Gremlin-1 is implicated in promoting cancer cell stemness, epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), and tissue fibrosis in various malignancies.
