Overview

TST105 is a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (BsADC) being developed by Transcenta for the treatment of solid tumors. The molecule is designed to target Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 2b (FGFR2b) and an undisclosed second target (referred to as 'X'). By utilizing a bispecific antibody format, TST105 is intended to enhance tumor-specific binding and internalization, thereby improving the targeted delivery of its cytotoxic payload to cancer cells while potentially minimizing off-target effects. As of 2024, the program is in the IND-enabling stage of development.
