TST106 is a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (BsADC) developed by Transcenta, targeting Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2) and an undisclosed second target (referred to as 'X'). Currently in the IND-enabling stage, TST106 is designed for the treatment of gastric cancer, gastroesophageal junction cancer (GEJC), and other solid tumors that express Claudin 18.2. By utilizing a bispecific antibody architecture, the drug is intended to enhance tumor-specific binding and internalization, thereby delivering its cytotoxic payload more selectively to malignant cells. This approach aims to improve the therapeutic index and potentially overcome resistance mechanisms associated with monospecific Claudin 18.2-targeted therapies.
