Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TST808 is a humanized monoclonal antibody developed by Transcenta Holding. It is designed to neutralize a validated key target that regulates B cell and plasma cell proliferation and survival. The drug exhibits improved properties in blocking B cell proliferation and signaling compared to competing molecules. Its mechanism involves the inhibition of pathways critical for the growth and maintenance of B cells, which are implicated in autoimmune diseases. Preclinical data suggest that TST808 has potential for treating multiple autoimmune renal disorders, including IgA nephropathy[2][5]. As of mid-2024, IND-enabling studies have been initiated[5].
