Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TT-005 is a small molecule drug name that refers to at least two distinct investigational compounds in development by different companies for unrelated indications. One version of TT-005, developed by Ting Therapeutics, is being investigated for the treatment of noise-induced hearing loss and other nervous system or otorhinolaryngologic diseases. Another version, developed by Teon Therapeutics, is under preclinical investigation for neoplasms (cancers). Both are in preclinical stages and specific mechanisms of action or molecular targets have not been publicly disclosed as of June 2025[1][2]. No evidence suggests these are the same compound; rather, "TT-005" appears to be a code name reused independently.
