Overview

TT-00973-MS is a small molecule dual inhibitor of AXL and FLT3 being developed by TransThera Biosciences. It is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. The drug is administered orally in tablet form. A modified 3+3 design is being used to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) during the dose escalation period, with further expansion planned to enroll additional patients to evaluate safety and preliminary efficacy.
