TT-01025 is an orally administered **small molecule** developed by LG Chem and originated by TransThera Biosciences for **non-alcoholic steatohepatitis** and potentially other chronic inflammatory diseases. It is described as a highly selective, irreversible inhibitor of **Semicarbazide-Sensitive Amine Oxidase**, also known as **Vascular Adhesion Protein-1**, an inflammation-associated amine oxidase involved in oxidative deamination and leukocyte trafficking.
