TT-20

**TT-20** is a small molecule therapeutic agent developed by Tellus Therapeutics for the treatment of neonatal brain injury, specifically targeting white matter injury (WMI) and promoting myelin repair in premature infants. It leverages a developmental pathway used by the newborn brain to repair damage and improve neurodevelopmental outcomes. The company received NINDS SBIR funding in 2020 to develop a NICU-suitable IV formulation, conduct dosing and PK studies in animals, and plans an FDA pre-IND meeting to support a First-in-Neonate Phase 1b trial. TT-20 has FDA Rare Pediatric Disease and Orphan Drug designations for neonatal brain injury.
