Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TT105 is a preclinical-stage microporous annealed particle (MAP) hydrogel biomaterial scaffold developed by Tempo Therapeutics (formerly Tempo Buyer). It is designed as a tissue engineering scaffold to support cartilage repair and regeneration in sports medicine and trauma-related cartilage injuries. Utilizing Tempo's proprietary MAP technology, the injectable biomaterial provides a porous, interconnected microenvironment that promotes cell migration, integration, and tissue regrowth while minimizing inflammation and scarring.
