Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**TT12** is a human papillomavirus specific T cell therapy (HPVST) developed for the treatment of HPV-associated cancers. It leverages engineered T cells targeting HPV antigens to elicit antitumor immune responses, primarily evaluated in oropharyngeal cancer and cervical cancer. This cell-based immunotherapy aims to provide durable responses in HPV-driven malignancies by harnessing T cell-mediated cytotoxicity against infected or transformed cells expressing HPV oncoproteins.
