Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TT201 is a preclinical-stage microporous annealed particle (MAP) hydrogel scaffold developed by Tempo Therapeutics (formerly Tempo Buyer) for medical aesthetics, specifically for the treatment of facial lipoatrophy. Utilizing Tempo's proprietary MAP technology, TT201 is designed as an injectable synthetic biomaterial that promotes soft-tissue restoration and volume recovery. Unlike traditional solid dermal fillers, the MAP technology creates a microporous microenvironment that supports rapid cellular infiltration, vascularization, and tissue integration while minimizing scarring and host immune rejection.
